Sport is very important for the body, because it is one of the ways in which man can keep his body, mind and spirit young regardless of the passage of time.

Sport prevents the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,

Physical activity practiced regularly contributes to increasing the resistance of the heart muscle, tones the cardiac muscle fibres and determines the overall improvement over time. Also, sport improves the elasticity of arteries and veins, thus facilitating the circulation of blood through them and preventing the formation of blood clots.

"Sport reduces anxiety and depression"

The hectic life we live, the daily problems and the lack of personal time generate states of anxiety, restlessness, dissatisfaction, frustration, and depression. People who do sports regularly have a higher quality of life and associate a reduced risk of developing anxiety or depression.

Sport contributes to improving concentration and attention

During the training, the mind establishes a direct connection with the physical part of the body, muscles, bones and joints, and the concentration is focused on practicing the respective physical exercise. Also, the attention is channeled on movement and the mind is freed from everyday problems.

In conclusion, sport is very important for the body because it has multiple benefits on cells and organs, prevents the occurrence of both physical and mental diseases, increases self-esteem and significantly improves the quality of life.
