LOOK WITHIN YOU! IT'S THE ONLY PLACE YOU MOST PROBABLY MISSED
One day, a man was looking for a specific building/place. He came to a nearby shop and asked a local boy, “How far is the “x” building?” The boy scratched his head and said, “24,996 miles.” The man was shocked. “What? That far?” The boy said, “Yes, the way that you are going. But if you turn around, it is just 2 miles.”
If you are searching for something outside yourself to change how you are feeling within, it can be an endless journey. If you turn inward however and take a closer look at what is happening within you now as it is, it can take you just one moment.
In that one moment, everything changes. In that one moment, you are not in pursuit of anything anymore. Instead, your life becomes an expression of you.
Most of the times when something “bad” or “less pleasant” happens in our lives, we tend to look elsewhere for a solution / answer.
I remember the time when I have had a “short” consultation with a boy from Poland. He came to see me because the doctor recommended to avoid specific exercises and to focus on specific type of training.
Ironically, I was specializing in calisthenics (only bodyweight training) at the time and was more than happy to have a chat. We sat down to talk (usually this does not take more than 30 to 45min). After about 10 – 12min, I have asked the usual question:
Me: - Is there any health challenges that I should know about before go any further into this? The boy: - Just one thing. The boy: - I have had a heart transplant about 4 years ago and this is also the reason I have to avoid lifting weights for a while. Me: - Excuse me…?
We talked for about 2.5h and his story was absolutely amazing… I never have heard of such an amazing story in real life (only in movies)
To see a 19 year young boy who at 15 years had a heart transplant and was now living with a heart of 23 years of age and giving me lessons in smiling… that kind of experience is truly unique.
The moral of the story here is that Regardless what type of challenges you are going thru in your life, there is always someone in the world that can top them… the last thing this is…is a competition. When you live in harmony with your thoughts, your emotions and your energy the only emotion that you can feel is LOVE & BLISS.

Now… please remember to do this in a weary safe and quiet place so you can have the full benefit!
Step 1. Sit comfortably on a chair or down with your legs crossed (you can even lye on your back) and place one or both arms on your heart (chest) placing your awareness in your heart centre!
Step 2. Slow down your breathing (inhale for 3 to 5 counts in your mind and exhale for the same count) and do this for 2 to 3min focusing on your physical sensations of your heart!
Step 3. When you feel that your breathing has calmed down, bring back a vivid memory that you are most grateful for! Get the sense of the FEELING OF GREATITUDE!
Do this as often as possible meaning more than 1 or 2x per day… do it as little as 4 to 6x per day even if you skip sometimes!
With time, you will develop a sense of calmness, peace and awe. There is no way you can say that you “do not have time”! If you do not have time for 3 min for your life every 2 to 3h than… you be the judge of that!
This type of exercise changes your hormones and it can help with a lot of challenges that most people are going thru these times.
REMEMBER! THE ONLY WAY YOU ARE GOING TO SE RESULTS IN YOUR LIFE IN ANY FIELD IS BY ACTING TOWARDS WHAT IT IS THAT YOU WANT DEDICATING 100% OF YOUR FOCUS AND ENERGY TO IT!
